Qualifikationen

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions and document responses.
• Monitor vital signs and document abnormalities (BP, HR, RR, Temp).
• Perform routine assessments to monitor health and well-being.
• Connect patients with community resources for medication administration and disease management.
• Conduct medication reviews for side effects and interactions.
• Document patient medical history in electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain an organized, clean clinic environment.
