Job summary

EbizCharge, headquartered in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This onsite role focuses on sourcing, pre-screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a robust pipeline, coordinate with HR, and leverage our ATS (Rippling) to meet weekly and monthly hiring goals while representing the company professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of recruiting/sourcing/client-facing/sales experience.
• BA/BS degree required in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via advanced techniques preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using various platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, sharing information about the company and role.
• Pre-screen and present candidate profiles for fit based on skills and experience.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and track databases in the ATS Rippling.
• Set and exceed weekly and monthly hiring goals.
