Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in procurement, contracting, or proposal development.
• Experience with government contracts and public sector procurement strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to draft and manage complex contracts, solicitations, and technical documentation.
• Strong ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize proposal documentation in response to customer and bid requirements.
• Review contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, operations) to gather required inputs for proposals and contracts.
• Track deadlines and manage timelines for proposal submissions and contract execution.
• Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and updates.
• Assist in identifying risks or discrepancies within agreements and elevate as needed.
• Support ongoing contract administration, including modifications and renewals.
