Aleut Federal, LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent / SSHO to lead on-site construction operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate subcontractors in the DMV region, including Pax River, Maryland. The role combines site supervision with safety leadership to meet contract requirements and project budgets.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Safety, or Engineering, OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, and strong experience in managing complex construction sites with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Safety, Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Required certifications include OSHA 30-hour training; First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-bid input, project analysis and site utilization considerations.
• Coordinate daily construction activities, subcontractors, materials and site logistics.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans; identify risks and resolve issues.
• Lead on-site safety program administration, AHAs, and daily safety communications.
• Serve as primary on-site liaison among PM, client representatives and field personnel.
