Job summary

Aleut Federal LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent / SSHO to lead on-site operations across DMV locations, including Pax River. The role combines supervision, safety oversight, and client coordination to ensure project success, safety compliance, and timely delivery.

The candidate will manage schedules, resources, and documentation, while enforcing EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards on active construction sites. A strong safety background and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety, engineering, or related field is required.
• 7–10 years in site supervision or construction management on comparable projects preferred.
• Current OSHA 30-hour training and First Aid/CPR are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership, project planning, and safety program management.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedule, client interactions, and field documentation.
• Maintain daily field reports, inspections, and closeout activities.
