Job summary

Aleut Federal, LLC seeks a Site Superintendent to provide daily onsite leadership at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. You will supervise construction activities, subcontractors, and site safety, ensuring work aligns with contract documents, plans, specifications, and budgets.

The role involves preconstruction planning, field execution, safety compliance, and rigorous project documentation, with coordination to the Project Manager and client stakeholders to deliver quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Health and Safety or related field.
• OSHA 30 required; CCM/CQM/EM-385-1 training preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite supervision and coordination of construction activities and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain short-term and look-ahead schedules; monitor progress to support schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance; coordinate inspections and QA tasks.
