The role combines site supervision, quality control management, and safety oversight, with a focus on delivering projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive field leadership experience and knowledge of federal contracting standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years managing construction projects.
• 5 years recent experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of federal contracting processes and guidelines.
• Strong familiarity with OSHA 1910/1926 standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision of construction activities and subcontractors.
• Project planning, scheduling, and look ahead development.
• Quality control per contract documents; stop non-conforming work.
• Adhere to safety standards; complete required reports and incident reporting.
• Prepare daily field reports; maintain client communications and documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager; ensure tasks meet schedule and budget.
