Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking a Project Superintendent I to support construction project delivery from mobilisation through completion. You will coordinate daily field activities with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure work aligns with plans, specs, schedules, and quality standards.

The role requires strong organisation, effective communication, and hands-on problem-solving across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision, field coordination, or related discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret project documentation and drawings.
• Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning and site mobilisation, coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and address issues affecting cost, quality, safety, or completion dates.
• Conduct regular site walks and ensure materials and workmanship meet requirements; support resolution of technical challenges.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, track manpower and productivity; participate in progress meetings.
