We are seeking a Project Superintendent I to support the successful delivery of construction projects from mobilisation through completion. Working closely with project managers, contractors, consultants, and site personnel, you will help coordinate daily field activities, maintain a safe and productive work environment, and ensure work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. This role is well suited to a construction professional who is organised, practical, and confident working across multiple project stakeholders.
Responsibilities include assisting with project planning and site mobilisation; coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries; monitoring progress against the project schedule; and identifying issues that may affect cost, quality, safety, or completion dates. The role also involves maintaining accurate daily reports, tracking manpower and productivity, documenting changes and delays, participating in progress meetings, and communicating updates to project leadership. You will promote adherence to site safety procedures, environmental requirements, and applicable legislation, taking prompt action when unsafe conditions or non-conforming work are identified.

You should be willing to work on active project sites, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of professionals and trades.
