Job summary

Wespac Construction on site Superintendent position overseeing day-to-day construction activities and coordination of materials and subcontractors to meet project schedules while enforcing the company Safety and Health Program requirements.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of Superintendent experience, reads construction drawings, and communicates effectively. Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a superintendent on construction projects.
• Ability to read construction documents and drawings.
• Strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-planning to completion.
• Create and update CPM schedule weekly.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Produce daily reports and site documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractors.
• Lead safety and project meetings on site.
• Review and submit field RFIs.
• Coordinate change orders and directives.
• Ensure closeout documentation and commissioning.
