Qualifications

• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling tool and logic.
• Experience leading schedules for complex industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate milestones across multiple trades and teams.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and project docs to support schedule accuracy.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and disciplined planning on high-risk work.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated construction schedule tied to milestones.
• Drive critical path performance through look-ahead planning and activity logic updates.
• Coordinate milestone readiness with master scheduler and field leadership.
• Track long-lead items, sequencing constraints, and schedule impacts across trades.
• Provide regular schedule reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
