Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Scheduler to join our on-site team in the Trenton, NJ area. You will develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for data center projects, perform forensic scheduling analyses, and support cost loading and reporting to control project scope and cost.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Construction Management or Engineering, 3–5 years of scheduling experience, and PSP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects.
• Experience with estimate validation and adjustments and comparative cost analyses.
• Knowledge of Pre- and Post-Construction cost audits and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Manage the development of monthly progress reports.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and monitor critical path delay.
