Job summary

Accenture Construct in California is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join a onsite delivery team supporting data centers, power grids, rail networks and public infrastructure projects.

You will assist schedulers with program and project schedule updates, analyze schedules for data integrity, perform QA/QC on P6 schedules, read drawings to assess scope, and conduct Critical Path and Earned Value analyses. Onsite at client sites in Los Angeles or Long Beach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of one year full time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist schedulers with program/project schedule updates while coordinating input from various project teams.
• Analyze schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity.
• Perform QA/QC on P6 schedules and validate logic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling guidelines for various project types.
• QA/QC on contractors' schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and terms.
• Read drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope and understand terms and conditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Assist the scheduling team in reporting projects as necessary.
