Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned project controls professional to lead planning and scheduling across complex programs, including data centers, grids and transit projects. You will collaborate with BP contractors, drive risk-informed scheduling, and ensure consistent progress reporting.

The role emphasizes remote work with occasional on-site collaboration, strict adherence to processes, and a strong emphasis on delivering programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management.
• Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Suite is a plus.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project planning and scheduling controls strategy, including roles for BP and contractors.
• Adhere to financial, business, and project processes across all project stages.
• Provide schedules to support accurate estimating, benchmarking, and interface planning.
• Coordinate internal and external schedule benchmarks and ensure readiness for future phases.
• Prepare and manage the WBS/CBS in collaboration with the Cost Engineer.
• Implement and monitor detailed and summary schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and integrate schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans into the risk and change processes.
• Establish a project-wide progress measurement and reporting system with clear roll-up structures.
• Generate and present schedule reports and project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support project closeout planning and perform other duties as assigned.
• Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
• Some in-person time for collaboration with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
