You will sequence tasks, allocate resources, and identify dependencies, durations, and critical path elements to produce realistic timelines. Progress is tracked against the programme using field data and change orders; you will work with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors to gather inputs, manage risks, and prepare contingency plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
• Associates degree with relevant experience may be considered
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software (e.g., MS Project)
• Knowledge of CPM and earned value management
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
• Understanding of construction workflows, permitting and inspection timelines
• Willingness to travel
