Job summary

Accenture Construct in California is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale public infrastructure and education projects. You will review Contractor P6 baseline schedules, monitor milestones, and report on critical paths to keep programs on track.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of scheduling experience with Owners or GCs on complex facilities. Onsite work in LA/Long Beach region is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, construction engineering or any related field.
• Three (3) years full time paid professional experience responsible in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects or scheduling for various projects in a program.

Responsibilities

• Review Contractor P6 baseline schedules and identify missing scope, logic or milestones.
• Review Contractor P6 monthly updates and document milestone slippage and critical path.
• Create activity schedule filters, layouts, and bar-charts using P6 Primavera Schedule Software.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor schedules for conformance with contract scope and scheduling guidelines.
• Ensure proper use of program codes, layouts and reports for data integrity.
• Create Earned Value Curves based on LAUSD EVA templates.
• Prepare reports and assist scheduling management in reporting projects.
• Onsite at client site: work location is onsite with our clients and partners.
