Job summary

ERM is hiring a Construction Safety Specialist for a full-time position in Wilson, NC. This role requires providing on-site EHS supervision to ensure health and safety compliance at a pharmaceutical client's construction site. The ideal candidate will engage with contractors, conduct daily inspections, and maintain safety documentation. Candidates should have a degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in health & safety leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of full-time on-site experience in construction health & safety.
• Certification in field preferred, such as CHST or CSP.
• Completed OSHA 30-hour construction training required.

Responsibilities

• Document EHS performance and maintain safety documentation.
