Qualifications

• Ability to verify construction quality and flag issues early.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and project controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors onsite to ensure safety, quality and plan conformance.
• Verify delivered work meets specifications and standards.
• Assist in resolving constructability, scheduling, and inspection issues.
• Support project schedules and budgets, and manage owner-submittals flow.
• Coordinate installations sequencing with utilities and turnover to operations.
