Job summary

Thermo Systems seeks a Site Manager to lead on‑site installation activities, coordinating with the Project Manager and field resources to ensure safe, high‑quality execution and adherence to schedule at client sites.

You will manage drawing control, change orders, RFIs, and daily field coordination with engineering and subcontractors, promoting a safety‑first culture and disciplined documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical installation, industrial controls, automation, construction management, or related trade leadership.
• Familiarity with industrial environments (manufacturing, process facilities, distribution, energy, etc.).
• Experience coordinating third‑party electrical contractors and working within GC‑controlled job sites.
• Exposure to change management processes and documentation (RFIs, redlines, as‑builts, T&M tracking, etc.).
• Certifications such as OSHA‑10/30, NCCER, or trade licensing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day on‑site coordination for installation activities, ensuring safe, efficient work.
• Lead safety culture and ensure adherence to site safety plans.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and field resources for schedule and quality.
