Atoms in Los Angeles is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead on-site teams, supervise contractors, verify quality, and keep schedules and budgets on track.

You will coordinate installations, manage submittals, and ensure safety while maintaining project timelines and cost controls. This full-time role is onsite in LA with strong growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site construction with multiple contractors.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu and MS Project.
• Ability to verify quality and manage scheduling and budget controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors onsite to ensure work is safe, efficient, and per plan.
• Verify onsite work to confirm quality meets specs and standards.
• Assist contractors with constructability, scheduling, and inspection issues.
• Support planning and implementation of project schedules and budgets.
• Review and manage flow of submittals related to owner-furnished items.
• Coordinate onsite sequencing for installations and facility turnover.
