Job summary

Audubon Companies in Houston, TX is seeking a Construction Site Manager to oversee all aspects of civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and commissioning activities at our Houston office site. The role requires coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

Engineering background preferred but not required.
Process plant construction background is essential.
Strong ability to read schematics, isometrics and P&ID drawings.

Responsibilities

Review field site prep drawings.
Monitor civil contractor on site prep work.
Review construction drawings and coordinate with general contractor on site work.
Review installation drawings with vendors and contractors to ensure equipment is installed per OEM specifications.
Monitor electrical contractors for initial hookups and checkouts.
Supervise welding specs and hydrotesting of pipe spools and handover documentation for commissioning teams.
Monitor project costs and schedules.
Reports directly to project manager.
