Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Site Manager to coordinate on-site installation activities for projects. You will work with the Project Manager to drive safe, high-quality execution and monitor schedule progress at the job site, ensuring issues are surfaced early and changes controlled.

This role serves as the on-site liaison with customers, general contractors, and trades, maintains drawing versions, and supports change orders and field coordination with engineering and field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field installation on industrial projects or GC-controlled sites.
• Background in electrical installation, industrial controls, or construction leadership.
• Familiarity with RFIs, redlines and as-builts documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day on-site coordination for installation activities, ensuring safety and alignment with standards.
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, and trades to maintain progress and clarity.
• Maintain installation drawing version control and support change orders.
