Job summary

Atoms is seeking a Construction Manager to lead multi-site projects across California. You will plan, coordinate, and execute construction from permitting to handover, delivering on time and within budget.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, with 5–7 years in commercial real estate and F&B construction, plus familiarity with aviation and regulatory requirements. Occasional statewide travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience, 5-7 years within commercial real estate and F&B construction.
• Experience with electrical infrastructure, data center, industrial, logistics, or aviation development preferred.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local aviation and air use regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, delivering ahead of schedule and below budget.
• Oversee daily onsite activities: scheduling, costs, safety, and stakeholder management.
• Manage multiple projects across permitting through completion with attention to schedule and budget.
