Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily residential construction-related experience.
• Knowledge of building electrical and mechanical systems.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour training certificate an asset.
• Must be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction activities to meet project schedule and drawings.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards and scope of work.
• Track daily productions and site activities; manage purchase orders and safety supplies.
