Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Engineer for an onsite role in Phoenix, AZ. You will support Construction Managers, Project Engineers, General Contractors, subcontractors, design consultants, and commissioning teams across the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach to manage drawings, submittals, RFIs, turnover packages, and closeout deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with construction document control and electronic document management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Experience with CAD.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and specifications while supporting quality and reliability standards.
• Coordinate and track construction documentation, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, commissioning records, turnover packages, and closeout deliverables.
• Review project records, logs, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality assurance specifications.
• Prepare charts, graphs, diagrams, and reports to illustrate workflows, project status, and deviations from standards.
• Support turnover, commissioning, document-control, and closeout activities by maintaining accurate and auditable project records.
