Actalent is hiring a Construction Project Engineer 3 for onsite duties in Waddell, AZ. You will serve as a technical and documentation specialist on large projects, applying engineering theory to industrial layouts and leading document control, turnover, and closeout processes.

The role requires 5+ years in construction documentation, CAD reading, and experience with Procore or similar systems. Bachelor's in engineering is required; on-site, full-time contract role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction document control and electronic document management systems.
• Experience managing turnover, closeout, and technical documentation for large projects (O&M manuals, as-builts, commissioning records).
• Strong reading of blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings; ability to interpret technical reports.

Responsabilités

• Apply engineering principles to industrial layout and construction activities.
• Manage drawings, submittals, RFIs, and turnover documentation to keep audit-ready records.
• Coordinate with construction managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve documentation gaps.
