Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Project Engineer for an on-site, full-time position on a Phoenix project. The role requires coordinating trades, managing material design, fabrication, delivery and installation, and interfacing with field supervision to ensure project success.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering field or 3+ years of equivalent experience, with strong communication, time management, and computer skills. Willingness to relocate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills, computer skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site trade coordination and management, material design, fabrication, delivery and installation, with field supervision and cost/design issue management.
• Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
• Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
• Oversee overall trade management with some exposure to BIM.
