Job summary

Bracane Company is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in North Fort Worth, TX to support a large-scale commercial project. The role is onsite, contract-to-hire, with a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 DOE.

You’ll coordinate schedules, documentation, and communications while assisting the project leadership team. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in commercial construction, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and construction software such as Procore.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with construction documentation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities to keep timelines and docs on track.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Executives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and closeout documents.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, subcontractor docs, and project reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Maintain schedules, contact lists, org charts, and project logs.
• Support subcontractor onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Ensure project files are accurate and up to date.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to progress the project.
• Assist with office coordination, travel, and admin tasks.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
