This role serves as a critical link between the design team and field operations, ensuring drawings, documentation, schedules, and communications are accurate and aligned with project objectives. The position requires 2+ years in construction coordination or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project coordination, drafting, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and building processes.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving project issues and maintaining workflow efficiency.
