Job summary

Hooper is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support field operations from the Port Washington project site. This role requires daily onsite presence in the Port Washington construction trailer and close collaboration with project managers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of administrative experience in a construction environment, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• 2-year associate’s degree in business preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience in a construction-related environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with letters, purchase orders, subcontracts, bids, proposals, transmittals, permit/inspection requests, pre-qualifications, bonds, licensing, start-up manuals, copying, scanning, phone calls and emails.
• Assist project managers with project setup and closeout including assigning job numbers, COIs, submittals, and O&M requirements; prepare submittal schedules.
