Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to support daily field operations from the JobSite Trailer and help keep the project moving forward. This role works with the Program Manager and team to ensure smooth site administration.

You will greet visitors, assist with onboarding Field Ops team members, manage time-keeping data-entry for payroll, maintain project files, and provide general administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greeting people as they enter the JobSite Trailer
• Support and collaborate with the Program Manager and other associates to keep the jobsite moving forward
• Support with onboarding new Field Ops. Team members
• Maintain time-keeping data-entry for Field Ops. Payroll
• Maintain project files
• Provide general administrative support
