Job summary

Vaco of Highspring is hiring a Construction Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work with the Senior Project Manager, coordinate RFIs and submittals, monitor procurement logs, and maintain strong client relations.

The role is primarily onsite with the flexibility to work remotely about 1–2 days per month, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant construction experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and activities to support delivery.
• Attend client meetings, document discussions, and maintain minutes.
