Job summary

Beacon Hill is hiring a Project Coordinator to support the buildout of an industrial facility onsite in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. You will coordinate project activities, maintain documents, and ensure resources, schedules, and communications stay aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires high organization, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced construction environment. Occasional local travel is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience handling invoices, purchase orders, budgets, or financial docs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain accurate project records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with project plans, schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting
• Manage administrative and bookkeeping functions including invoices, purchase orders, and inventory tracking
• Coordinate procurement activities and help monitor project-related expenditures
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and distribute updates
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, confirm timelines, and track project progress
• Coordinate project resources to ensure teams have necessary materials and information
• Monitor milestones and deliverables and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and business partners
• Assist with project reporting, documentation management, and compliance tracking
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to support project objectives and deadlines
• Occasionally travel between local sites as needed, with mileage reimbursement provided
