Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with purchase orders, vendor management, or inventory tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material and equipment orders to support active construction projects.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory planning and replenishment.
• Track purchase orders from issuance through delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams regarding order status and shipment updates.
• Resolve delivery, inventory, and supplier issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and logistics records.
• Assist with forecasting material needs based on project schedules and business demand.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments between vendors, warehouses, and project sites.
• Analyze supply chain data and provide reporting on key metrics.
• Support process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost savings, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, project management, and accounting teams to support business objectives.
