Job summary

Singleton Construction, LLC is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to manage on-site inventory, track deliveries, and ensure materials are available when crews need them. You will work closely with Superintendents and project managers to prevent shortages and keep projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and proactive communication with vendors and drivers, with opportunities to grow in logistics and operations within a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly with project teams, vendors, and drivers.
• Experience in receiving, inventory management, logistics, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inventory all project materials and fixtures.
• Inspect deliveries for shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Document and report damaged or missing materials.
• Organize and protect materials stored on-site.
• Maintain inventory logs and material trackers.
• Coordinate deliveries with vendors and the Superintendent.
• Track material usage and inventory levels throughout the project.
• Manage delivery documentation and keep records up to date.
• Support reporting, documentation, and administrative duties.
