Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Field Services Project Manager to direct startup and commissioning projects for large data center clients. The role requires coordinating with DOC centers, managing scope, schedule, and costs on site.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years in electrical/industrial projects, a BS degree, and willingness to travel; PMP certification is a plus. The position offers broad collaboration with NAS and TAS teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading electrical, construction, or industrial projects; or 5 years in services, sales, or manufacturing of electrical distribution products.
• Regular driver with valid license and clean driving record; ability to travel up to ~75%.
• No immigration sponsorship; residence within 50 miles of Worthington, OH required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Receive handoffs, review scope, and schedule requirements for on-site work.
• Coordinate with DOC centers and multiple stakeholders; lead project meetings and communication plans.
• Provide financial oversight through cost control, warranty, change orders, and risk mitigation.
