Job summary

Clune Construction in New York is seeking a Superintendent who will have on-site responsibility for projects, including site access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and close collaboration with the Project Manager from pre-construction through closeout.

You will guide multi-project field teams, coordinate trade partners and owner vendors, promote OSHA safety culture, and drive timely punch list completion, commissioning, and training of owners and vendors.

Qualifications

• 6–15 years of project management in commercial interiors, healthcare, or mission-critical sectors.
• Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control, and coordinating trade partners.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and weekly look-aheads.
• Manage field team, trade partners, and owner vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Mentor interns and junior staff.
