Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy in the desert Pine site seeks a Laborer Renewable (Non Driver) to support construction tasks on energy projects. You will perform manual site preparation, move materials, dig with hand tools, and assist skilled trades.

You must be able to work outdoors in extreme heat, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow safety procedures with PPE. Prior construction or general labor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in a desert environment for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and tear-down of construction sites.
• Dig trenches, holes, and foundations by hand or using hand tools.
• Operate small hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, picks, hammers, and drills.
• Clean and prepare worksites, remove debris, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters, pipefitters) as directed.
• Perform general maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete project tasks on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
