IAPMO Group seeks a Construction Project Manager to support EHRM infrastructure upgrades at Veterans Affairs Medical Facilities. This onsite, full-time role focuses on scheduling, coordination, and construction administration within occupied clinical environments.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, coordinating with VA staff and contractors, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum six years of construction PM experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project scheduling.
• Knowledge of submittals, RFIs, change orders, inspections, and reporting.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor GC master schedule and milestone progress; forecast recovery.
• Provide status reports to COR, VA stakeholders, and leadership.
• Track submittals, RFIs, change orders; maintain audit-ready files.
• Coordinate with VA staff and contractors to resolve issues.
• Coordinate construction phasing to minimize disruption in occupied facilities.
• Conduct daily/weekly site inspections and document deficiencies.
• Ensure safety compliance with VA ICRA/PCRA/ILSM.
