Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Experience in corporate compliance or risk management is a plus.
• CCEP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Legal and Regulatory Analysis: Review contracts and identify applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• Conduct Risk Assessments across current business processes and project delivery life cycle.
• Develop Cross-Functional Controls with corporate departments and project teams.
• Active Monitoring with Project Compliance and Internal Audit teams.
• Policy Development: create and deploy clear, actionable policies and SOPs.
• Develop and Deliver Training: design, build, and deliver training programs for diverse audiences.
• Team Development: mentor junior compliance professionals and support the department’s growth.
• Reporting to Leadership: maintain logs and present metrics and recommendations.
• Audit Management: collaborate with internal and external audit teams during inspections and audits.
