Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking an entry-level Compliance Analyst to serve as the project compliance expert across government-funded construction projects. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure compliance objectives are met, with opportunities for upward mobility within Project Controls and Compliance.

Responsibilities include enforcing wage laws, generating CPRs, managing document reviews, and collaborating on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Entry-level compliance role
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced team environment
• Familiarity with federal contracting and labor regulations is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws and PLA requirements
• Generate and certify CPRs for Clark craft employees and subs
• Manage wage-related document collection and review
• Cross-check payroll submissions for proper wage payments
• Collaborate on process improvements and issue resolution
• Assist with prevailing wage issues and investigations
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
• Promote workforce diversity and small business subcontracting goals
• Address internal audit findings promptly
• Manage project start-up and close-out for compliance
• Support other compliance duties as required
• Travel to project sites locally
• Conduct on-site worker interviews weekly
