Clark Construction in McLean, VA, is seeking a Corporate Compliance Analyst to help design, develop, and implement robust compliance programs for the construction industry. You will partner with cross-functional teams to establish best practices across project lifecycles and ensure regulatory adherence.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to draft clear policies, SOPs, and training materials. On-site work and occasional travel to sites are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Construction, Law, Pre-Law, or Liberal Arts preferred.
• Experience in corporate compliance or risk management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft policies and present to teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with federal/state contracting, labor laws, and FAR obligations.

Mansioni

• Review contracts with Legal Compliance team to identify applicable laws.
• Conduct compliance gap analyses and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement internal controls across projects.
• Establish and run a continuous monitoring program.
• Draft, refine, and deploy compliance policies and SOPs.
• Create compliance briefings on regulatory developments.
• Design and deliver training programs for diverse audiences.
• Mentor junior compliance professionals and build a strong team.
• Maintain compliance logs and prepare dashboards for leadership.
• Support audits with internal and external teams.
