You will partner with cross-functional teams to safeguard operations, develop best practices, and deliver training while supporting ongoing monitoring and improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or relevant work experience.
• Construction, Law, Pre-Law, Liberal Arts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Legal and Regulatory Analysis: review contracts and identify applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments across current processes and project delivery life cycle.
• Develop cross-functional controls with corporate departments and project teams.
• Active monitoring and reporting of compliance metrics to management.
• Policy development and deployment of SOPs and site-specific manuals.
• Design and deliver compliance training for diverse audiences.
• Mentor junior compliance professionals and support team development.
• Prepare dashboards and respond to audits as needed.
