Job summary

Clark is seeking a Corporate Compliance Analyst to help design, develop, and implement robust programs across the construction lifecycle. This onsite role in McLean, VA emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and creation of clear compliance policies and training.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and experience in compliance or risk management, with CC EP certification preferred. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or relevant work experience.
• Experience in corporate compliance or risk management a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft formal policies and procedures and present to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• CCEP or related certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal and regulatory analysis by reviewing contracts for applicable federal and state laws.
• Conduct risk assessments and compliance gap analyses across processes and project lifecycle.
• Develop cross-functional internal controls with corporate departments and project teams.
• Establish ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with laws and mitigations.
