Medcor seeks an EMT or Paramedic to serve as Clinic Manager at the onsite construction clinic in Louisville, CO. You will lead daily clinic operations, provide high-quality care, and collaborate with onsite safety and HR teams.

This role offers independent work, relationship-building with employees and leadership, and opportunities to expand workplace health expertise in a dynamic construction environment.

Formación

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure appropriate for practice in Colorado.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage daily clinic operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an active construction environment, including climbing stairs and working at heights when necessary.
• Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag.
• Proficiency with computers, electronic medical records, and other workplace technology.
• A patient-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations while delivering exceptional patient care and partnering with onsite safety and operations teams.
• Clinical care: assess and treat workplace injuries using Medcor’s protocols.
• Clinic operations: manage scheduling, workflows, documentation, and admin tasks.
• Injury case management: coordinate workers’ compensation cases and RTW programs.
• Emergency response: respond to workplace medical emergencies within scope.
• Safety collaboration: work with onsite management, safety, and HR to promote safety.
• Occupational health services: conduct screenings and PATs.
• Documentation & compliance: maintain EMR records and OSHA filings.
• Relationship building: serve as a healthcare resource for employees and leadership.
