Medcor seeks an EMT or Paramedic to serve as Clinic Manager at our onsite construction clinic in Louisville, CO. This full-time role combines clinical care with operational leadership to manage injuries, documentation, and daily clinic activities.

The position requires Colorado EMT/Paramedic certification and CPR/BLS, with a focus on independent clinic management and stakeholder coordination in a dynamic construction setting.

Qualifikationen

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure for Colorado.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage daily clinic operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable in an active construction environment; able to climb stairs and work at heights.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily clinic operations while delivering patient care and partnering with onsite safety and operations teams.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses using evidence-based protocols.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation cases and support Return-to-Work programs.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies within your scope of practice.
• Promote a safe work environment through collaboration with management, safety, and HR.
