Job summary

CFS in Maitland, FL is seeking a Construction Accounting Admin to support accounting operations and project administration onsite. You will work with project managers, vendors, and field teams to ensure accurate billing and organized project finances.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction accounting, knowledge of Florida lien law and AIA billing, and experience with Sage and Excel. Responsibilities include A/P and A/R, NTOs, lien waivers, and project cost reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction accounting or project accounting.
• Knowledge of Florida Construction Lien Law, NTOs, lien waivers, and AIA billing.
• Experience with Sage family products and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Prepare Notices to Owner (NTOs), lien waivers, and compliance documents per Florida law.
• Process AIA billings, job cost reports, subcontractor documentation, and project accounting activities.
• Reconcile credit card statements, vendor accounts, and project-related financial records.
• Support project teams with administrative coordination, travel arrangements, document management, and general accounting support.
