Job summary

Integrated Openings Solutions in Florida is seeking a Project Accountant to manage the full accounting lifecycle for assigned projects, collaborating with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure financial accuracy across A/P, A/R, billings and cash flow.

The role requires a minimum 4 years in project billing, familiarity with construction accounting, and strong data integrity across systems; hybrid in-office schedule in Pompano Beach or Clearwater.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project billing and accounts receivable experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering or project-based accounting.
• Familiarity with AIA billing formats and lien waivers.
• Exposure to job costing accounting principles and reporting.
• Experience with Business Central; Comsense is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead controllership and accounting functions supporting field operations across multiple entities.
• Develop and maintain project-level cash flow forecasts aligned with budgets.
• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices for goods and services per contract terms.
• Process and apply incoming payments to project accounts promptly.
• Monitor aging receivables and conduct proactive collections outreach.
