Dexian is hiring an Onsite Conferencing Concierge to ensure seamless meeting experiences across high-traffic office locations. The role blends technical expertise with white-glove service, ensuring room readiness and real-time support for executives and critical meetings.

The position covers both on-site operations and remote coordination, with a focus on maintaining conferencing systems, troubleshooting issues, and delivering proactive, high-quality user experiences across Dexian's offices.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise conferencing platforms (MS Teams Rooms)
• Strong troubleshooting across AV, networking and endpoint tech
• Ability to diagnose and resolve in-room issues
• Familiarity with audio/video systems and room acoustics
• Knowledge of device firmware/software lifecycle management
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

Responsabilités

• Daily Operations & Room Readiness: conduct early-morning checks, validate audio/video/room functionality, perform inspections for consistency.
• Live Meeting Support: provide rapid in-room response during meetings, support executives with high-touch service, troubleshoot audio/video/content sharing and connectivity issues.
• Technical Operations & Maintenance: maintain firmware/software/Teams currency across conferencing systems, coordinate remediation with vendors and engineering, manage post-installation punch lists.
• Cross-Site Support & Remote Assistance: provide remote troubleshooting for other offices, assist service desk and engineering on complex issues, share trends and improve enterprise-wide experiences.
