Job summary

Aleut Federal, LLC is seeking a Conference Production Support specialist to assist the Government in delivering the NCLS program on-site at the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado. The role supports production flow for 40–60 sessions, with up to five concurrently, coordinating with contract teams and cadet leaders for flawless execution.

The position requires strong organizational skills, two years of event support experience, and familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience supporting planning and execution of large-scale events.
• Familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree is desired; military environment experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government to ensure NCLS program elements are developed, reviewed, organized and executed.
• Support Government leads to ensure overall NCL production flow is seamless and effective with multiple sessions.
• Interface with contract production personnel for setup, execution and teardown.
• Support Government speaker interfaces for media and logistical prep.
• Interface with media providers to ensure content is reviewed and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with cadet session leaders to ensure messages are appropriate and practiced.
• Coordinate with team facilitators to review program execution and identify improvements.
• Plan and execute projects as assigned; four-month assignment mid-Nov 2026 to mid-Mar 2027.
